Sector/Style Factor Relative Strength Analysis

The YTD momentum outperformance has been absolutely bonkers. We are FINALLY beginning to see mean reversion in this group👇

BLOK moved to the top of the YTD momentum ranking! For context, SOXX semiconductors were +35% as of last week’s research note. Oh, how the mighty have fallen👇

Q3 is still young, but KRE in leading the pack. Could have something to do with the LIGHT June CPI report 👇

XBI biotech names picking up steam on the 1-month timeframe. Could be a good area to look out for as earnings season progresses👇

Last week was a market bloodbath right? Not really! Almost half of our tracked groups finished in positive territory. It is tough to turn perma-bearish on equities after seeing that this is really just a rotation out of crowded areas of the market. Opportunity awaits! 👇
