ISM Services Components
The headline number came in strong at 54.9 (above 50 is an expansion) 💪
The prices component came out high!
The economy is clearly not in a recession…but we are still cutting rates. Given the data we have in hand, it is clear that the rate cuts being done by the fed are politically driven (the fed tends to ease monetary policy in election years to help the incumbent).
